3. User Accounts

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the AI systems
Upload harmful, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission
Share account access with non-subscribers to bypass plan limits
Automate or script interactions with the platform

5. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content (question papers, notes, grades) is provided as a study aid and should be verified against official textbooks and teacher guidance before use in examinations. We do not guarantee exam outcomes.

6. Payments and Refunds

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled according to Indian consumer protection laws. Contact support for billing inquiries.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, and branding are the property of GyanPath AI. Users retain ownership of content they upload (answer sheets, notes) but grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the settings page.
